History
The beautiful 35-hectare estate in the village of La Chapelle de Guinchay includes Beaujolais Crus (Morgon, Fleurie and Saint-Amour), Beaujolais and Beaujolais Villages, Bourgogne Chardonnay and Mâcon-Villages.

Vineyard close to Macon, located in the south part of the vineyards of Burgundy.
Soil
Calcareous and clay-chalky.
Vinification
Wine production: Traditional: manual harvesting, pressing after grape picking, alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures (around 20°C). The wine is then racked, filtered and bottled.
